Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt.
  3. Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  4. Panfry the salmon in a skillet over medium heat, skin-side down for about 6 minutes.
  5. Flip the salmon and brush with teriyaki sauce; cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
