  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning, then add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
