  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix shredded cabbage, sour cream, lime juice, and cilantro for the slaw.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet.
