- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
