  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
