- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned on both sides.
