1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup almond flour
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, shredded cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
