- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, cook the diced turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.

- In the same pan, sear the chicken thighs on both sides until browned.
