  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 20 wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, green onions, and parsley. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the lump crab meat and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Cut the wonton wrappers into triangles and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the wonton wrappers with olive oil and bake until crispy and golden, about 6-8 minutes.
  7. Bake the crab dip for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Serve the dip warm with crispy wonton chips.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of Old Bay seasoning to the crab mixture.
