  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, and celery, sautéing until softened.
  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the shredded chicken, thyme, and rosemary, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Add the egg noodles and cook until tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
