- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, combine the mashed bananas, diced strawberries, honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
