Ingredients

  • 2 blocks of halloumi
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice the halloumi into Hasselback style.
  3. Chop the tomatoes and bell pepper and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the halloumi on top of the vegetables and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add chili flakes.
  • Pair with a green salad for a complete meal.
