Garlic Butter Zucchini and Tomato Pasta

A quick and delicious meal that combines fresh zucchini, juicy tomatoes, and a buttery garlic sauce.

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add zucchini and cook until tender, then stir in cherry tomatoes.
  5. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to combine.
