- 1 pound orzo pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
- In a large pot, combine the cooked orzo, shredded chicken, caramelized onions, beef broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
