  • 4 pieces turkey bacon
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  5. Stir in the cream, broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper, bringing to a simmer.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, crumble the turkey bacon on top, and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
