  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups spinach

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté mushrooms until tender.
  4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Add cooked pasta and spinach to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, then top with crumbled turkey bacon.
