  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste

  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Add the mushrooms and garlic to the skillet and sauté until tender.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce is thickened.
