- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 jar salsa
- 12 tortilla chips
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, bell pepper, onion, taco seasoning, and salsa.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the chicken mixture, half of the tortilla chips, and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers.
