- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble. In the same pot, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
