- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble it.
- In the same pot, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in potatoes and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in milk, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper; serve topped with crumbled bacon.
