Cheeseburger Soup

A deliciously creamy soup that combines all the flavors of a cheeseburger with the indulgence of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble it.
  2. In the same pot, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in potatoes and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and let simmer until potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in milk, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and cheese until melted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper; serve topped with crumbled bacon.

Notes

  • For added richness, substitute heavy cream for milk.
  • Top with additional cheese and bacon before serving.
