Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  4. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté the onions until they are translucent.
  5. Add the diced potatoes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet, stirring well to combine.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and mix in the chopped turkey bacon. Serve hot.
