Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the Italian bread into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  3. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until lightly toasted.
  5. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
