White Chicken Chili Recipe

  • 2 cups cooked white chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
  • 1 jalapeño, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, chicken broth, white beans, corn, and spices.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. If using, add the jalapeño and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with toppings of your choice.

Notes

  • Adjust spices according to your taste.
  • For a creamier chili, add a splash of cream or sour cream before serving.
