  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fried onions (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil the green beans for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, vegetable broth, flour, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Combine the cooked green beans, sautéed mushrooms, and sauce in a casserole dish.
  6. Top with fried onions and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
