  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, cooking until it begins to wilt.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  5. Add uncooked rice and beef broth, covering the skillet and letting it simmer until the rice is cooked through.
