  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until soft.
  3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, rice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Cover and simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and rice is cooked.
