  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 100 grams butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 100 grams all-purpose flour
  • 100 grams heavy cream
  • 50 grams powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
  5. Sift the flour and fold it into the mixture.
  6. Pour the batter into a lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Allow it to cool, then spread cream on top and roll it into a log shape.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
