  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes.
  3. Top with half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour half of the heavy cream over the layers.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cream.
  7. Finish with a layer of cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and golden on top.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
