- 1 package whole wheat lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, turkey bacon, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce, then a layer of noodles, followed by a layer of the ricotta mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and sauce on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
