Thai Peanut Chicken Stir-Fry

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sliced chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned.
  3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, and honey.
  5. Pour the peanut sauce over the stir-fried vegetables and chicken, mixing well.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until well combined and heated through.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
