- 4 chicken breasts
- 6 slices healthy turkey bacon
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add the chicken breasts to the pot, brown on both sides.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning, followed by chicken broth.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
