  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
