- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed pretzels, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Mix sliced strawberries with boiling water and strawberry gelatin in another bowl until dissolved.
- Let the gelatin mixture cool slightly, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
