- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Mix well and form meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Remove meatballs from the oven and coat them with hoisin sauce.
- Add meatballs to the pan with broccoli and stir to combine.
