  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, and garlic powder.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until browned.
  5. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar over medium heat.
  6. Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the saucepan and stir until coated.
  7. In a separate pan, heat sesame oil and add broccoli.
  8. Sauté broccoli until tender, then serve with meatballs.
