- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Marinate the beef slices in gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and grill the marinated beef until cooked through.
- In a pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
