  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef slices in gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and grill the marinated beef until cooked through.
  3. In a pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  4. In the same pot, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in more gochujang to taste.
  5. Add the cooked ramen to the creamy sauce and mix well.
  6. Top the noodles with grilled beef, chopped green onions, and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less gochujang.
