  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Chop the cabbage into strips and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil, onions, and garlic; sauté until onions are translucent.
  4. Add the cabbage, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
  5. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
  6. Stir in the crumbled turkey bacon and serve.
