1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers.
Spread half of the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
Top with mini marshmallows, the remaining batter, and additional chocolate chips if desired.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
For an extra gooey texture, bake for a few minutes less.
