- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the egg mixture with the graham cracker mixture and stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the marshmallows on top.
- Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, until the marshmallows are toasted.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
