  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stuff each bell pepper with the mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed peppers in the slow cooker and top with shredded cheese.
