Slow Cooker Steak and Cheddar Potato Casserole

A creamy and cheesy casserole made with tender steak and hearty potatoes, perfect for any family meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, cut into cubes
  • 4 cups potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, layer the sliced potatoes at the bottom.
  2. Add the cubed steak over the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on top of the steak.
  4. Pour the beef broth over the entire mixture.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until the steak is tender.
  6. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, consider adding sour cream or cream of mushroom soup.
