- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 4 green onions, chopped
- Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Pour over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken and shred it. Mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the sauce. Stir until thickened.
- Add shredded chicken back to the sauce and stir to combine.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
