  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and onion.
  2. Pour the chicken broth over the mixture.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Add the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir well and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
