- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups long-grain rice
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- In a slow cooker, add the olive oil and place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
