- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and turkey bacon until browned.
- Transfer the meat to the slow cooker.
- Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
