- 1 pound chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- Place the cubed chicken and mixed vegetables in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme. Pour over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
- About 30 minutes before serving, place the pie crust on top of the mixture.
- Cook on high for the last 30 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
