  • 8 ounces pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, simmering for a few minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture and transfer to a baking dish.
  7. Top with breadcrumbs and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
