Seafood Linguine with White Wine Sauce

A delightful seafood linguine dish featuring a rich white wine sauce, perfect for a fresh dinner option.

  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels)
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add mixed seafood to the skillet and cook until opaque.
  4. Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss until well coated.
  7. Remove from heat, stir in parsley, and season with salt and pepper.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Feel free to substitute with your choice of seafood.
