  • 100 grams smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. In a non-stick pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Pour in the egg mixture and cook gently, stirring, until the eggs are softly set.
  4. Meanwhile, toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  5. Top each slice of toast with scrambled eggs, followed by slices of smoked salmon.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
