- 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
