  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, cheese, almond flour, egg, and spices.
